- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased springform pan.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth, then spread over the brownie layer.
- Top with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before serving.
