- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges well.
- Brush each bomb with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
