Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges well.
  6. Brush each bomb with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
