Description

This Garlic Mushroom & Broccoli Stir-Fry with Carrots is a quick, healthy dish loaded with flavors and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and carrots; cook for 5 minutes until they soften.
  4. Stir in broccoli florets, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
