- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add sliced mushrooms and carrots; cook for 5 minutes until they soften.
- Stir in broccoli florets, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
