Description

Ingredients

  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread chicken and mozzarella alternately onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Optional: Air fry at 370°F for 10–12 minutes.
