Description

This garlic chili sauce delivers restaurant-style flavor with a spicy kick and rich garlic aroma. Perfect for noodles, dumplings, and marinades.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup red chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup neutral oil (vegetable or avocado)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-low. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden (2-3 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in red chili flakes carefully.
  3. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and optional sesame oil. Mix well.
  4. Let cool completely and store in a clean jar in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
