Description

A deliciously simple seafood dish combining shrimp and crab with a rich garlic butter flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley; cook until shrimp are opaque.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough in a circular shape on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the seafood mixture onto the dough, sprinkle with cheese if desired, and fold the dough over to create a ring.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
