- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the potato wedges in the garlic butter mixture.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
