- 8 ounces bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and add parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
