  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
