Description

A delicious take on the classic grilled cheese, this Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese features savory turkey bacon for an indulgent twist.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices garlic bread
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Spread butter on the outside of garlic bread slices.
  4. Layer the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on the inside of two slices of garlic bread.
  5. Add the crispy turkey bacon on top of the cheese, then close the sandwich with the other bread slices.
  6. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
