Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk (plus more as needed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add yogurt, milk, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a 6–7 inch circle on a floured surface.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl to make garlic butter.
- Brush the hot flatbreads with garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
- Make it vegan by using plant-based yogurt, milk, and butter.
- Add shredded cheese between two layers for a stuffed flatbread.
