- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented (optional)
- 1 cup watermelon or cantaloupe cubes (optional)
- Juice of 2 oranges (about 1/2 cup)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp lime zest
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), and both zests.
- Prep all fruits: wash, peel, slice, and cube as needed.
- Place all the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the citrus dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and meld flavors.
- Serve cold, optionally garnished with fresh mint or coconut flakes.
