Ingredients

- 2 cups pineapple juice

- 1/2 cup rum (optional)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add rum, crushed pineapple, and shredded coconut and blend until combined.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
