- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, pineapple chunks, diced peaches, and sliced bananas.
- Add the coconut yogurt and honey (if using) to the fruit and gently mix until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the fruit mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, let the fruit salad sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
