Description

A refreshing salad combining creamy avocados, crispy turkey bacon, and a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
