- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares and place a slice of brie, a spoonful of cranberries, and some walnuts in the center of each square.
- Fold over the corners of the pastry to encase the filling and seal them with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
