Description

Delight in the perfect blend of flavors with this flaky puff pastry filled with rich brie cheese, sweet cranberries, and crunchy toasted walnuts.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares and place a slice of brie, a spoonful of cranberries, and some walnuts in the center of each square.
  4. Fold over the corners of the pastry to encase the filling and seal them with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
