Instructions
- Roughly chop the jalapeños and garlic cloves to make blending easier.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the mayonnaise, chopped jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add honey if you want a slightly sweet balance.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mayo and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, lime juice, or jalapeño for extra heat.
- Transfer the mayo to a clean jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
