Description

Delight in the deliciousness of these Festive Easter Chocolate Eggs, perfect for sharing with family and friends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams milk chocolate
  • 50 grams white chocolate
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Once melted, use a spoon to coat the inside of egg molds with the chocolate. Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill each mold with a layer of miniature marshmallows and crushed graham crackers, then cover with more melted chocolate.
  4. Let set in the fridge again for at least an hour, then carefully remove the eggs from the molds.
  5. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • For a fun variation, try adding your favorite nuts or dried fruits to the filling.
