- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan, roasted red peppers, olives (if using), garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a log and roll tightly, sealing the ends.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Unwrap, place on a serving platter, and garnish with parsley or additional roasted peppers.
- Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
