Description

This festive antipasto cream cheese log is packed with bold Italian flavors and vibrant roasted red peppers, perfect for any holiday party.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in Parmesan, roasted red peppers, olives (if using), garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a log and roll tightly, sealing the ends.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Unwrap, place on a serving platter, and garnish with parsley or additional roasted peppers.
  6. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
