- 1 pie crust ready-made
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the mixed vegetables, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
