Description

An easy and delicious mixed vegetable quiche featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust ready-made
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add in the mixed vegetables, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
