- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest until well combined.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
