Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest until well combined.
