Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package potstickers
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham, carrots, and bok choy.
