- 4 cups frozen diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the beef, potatoes, and soup until well combined.
- Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
