Ingredients

  • 12 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add chicken ham and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer dumpling wrappers, followed by the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture, and then the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce and shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
