- 12 dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese

- ½ cup marinara sauce

- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add chicken ham and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer dumpling wrappers, followed by the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture, and then the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
