- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (6 oz) box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
- Optional: 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or cooked broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix both soups, sour cream, milk, and seasonings until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and vegetables if using.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix dry stuffing mix with melted butter until moistened.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken filling.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until hot and golden on top.
Notes
- Make ahead by assembling and refrigerating up to 24 hours before baking.
- Add shredded cheese for a richer flavor.
