Description

Deliciously juicy and cheesy meatballs stuffed with dill pickles and wrapped in turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices turkey bacon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, dill pickles, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Wrap each meatball with a slice of turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
