- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, dill pickles, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Wrap each meatball with a slice of turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs like parsley or oregano to the meatball mixture.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice for added taste.
