Description

This Dill Pickle Cheese Ball combines creamy cheese with crunchy dill pickles and a twist of turkey bacon for a fun appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, green onions, crumbled turkey bacon, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. If desired, roll the cheese ball in chopped walnuts before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
