A flavorful pasta salad with a twist, combining the richness of deviled eggs and the savory taste of turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, chop hard-boiled eggs and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, green onions, and celery in the large bowl.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
