Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage, chopped
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the top is golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
