- 1 head green cabbage, chopped
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
