- 1 large cucumber
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10–12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and slice cucumber into ½-inch rounds. Optionally scoop a small indent in the center of each slice.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the herbed cream cheese onto each cucumber slice.
- Top with a halved cherry tomato, cut side up.
- Garnish with basil or parsley and serve immediately or chill until ready.

- Add lemon juice or zest to cream cheese for brightness.
- Swap dill and chives with your favorite fresh herbs.
