Instructions

- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread a layer of butter on top.
- Fold the dough and cut it into triangles.
- Roll each triangle into a cruffin shape and place in muffin tins.
- Let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
