This Crockpot Taco Spaghetti is a simple yet delicious family meal featuring turkey bacon.

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Transfer to the crockpot. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, chicken broth, corn, and bell pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the spaghetti.
- Serve hot with toppings of your choice.

- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like cheese or sour cream.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the turkey and bacon.
