Description

This Crockpot Taco Spaghetti is a simple yet delicious family meal featuring turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  2. Transfer to the crockpot. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, chicken broth, corn, and bell pepper.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the spaghetti.
  6. Serve hot with toppings of your choice.
