- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour the beef broth and pepperoncini peppers over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
