Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. Pour the beef broth and pepperoncini peppers over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through.
