Instructions
- Place the corned beef brisket in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and carrots around the meat.
- Sprinkle mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and allspice berries over the top.
- Pour the beef broth over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Add the chopped cabbage during the last hour of cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the corned beef and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced corned beef with vegetables.

- For extra flavor, add a bay leaf while cooking.
