- 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, cut into quarters
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, whipped cream
Instructions
- Grease the inside of the crock pot with butter or cooking spray.
- Place the quartered cinnamon rolls and chopped apples in the crock pot.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the rolls and apples.
- Whisk together heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours until set and apples are tender.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk.
