Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, cut into quarters
  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of the crock pot with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Place the quartered cinnamon rolls and chopped apples in the crock pot.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the rolls and apples.
  4. Whisk together heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the ingredients in the crock pot.
  5. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until set and apples are tender.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
