Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
