- 1 pound corned beef, diced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg until combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the zesty spicy Thousand Island sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a separate bowl.
- Once the bites are done, serve hot with the sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can fry the bites instead of baking them.
- Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness in the sauce to your liking.
