Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add oil and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes while preparing the filling.
- In a separate bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of the circle, fold over, and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the samosas until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, replace pepperoni with mushrooms or olives.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
