Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add oil and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes while preparing the filling.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of the circle, fold over, and seal the edges with water.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the samosas until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
