Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, deseeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup spicy honey for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, jalapeños, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken mixture until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare wonton wrappers by gently pressing them into muffin tins to create taco shells.
  5. Place the taco shells in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
