- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each artichoke heart into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated artichoke hearts on a greased baking sheet.
