- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped turkey bacon.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges with the beaten egg, fold, and seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
