Description

Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped turkey bacon.
  3. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  4. Moisten the edges with the beaten egg, fold, and seal.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
