Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake the flatbread for about 10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
