- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 5–6 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil. Top evenly with brie, cranberries, and toasted almonds.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt and herbs if using. Slice and serve warm.
