Description

Enjoy a delightful twist on traditional Easter dishes with these crispy chicken salad crescent rolls featuring turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough up towards the point of the triangle.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
