- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- In one bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a second bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce to make gravy.
- Stir and let it simmer until thickened.
- Serve the chicken with the gravy and garnish with parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in buttermilk before breading.
