Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a second bowl.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  7. Remove chicken and set aside.
  8. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce to make gravy.
  9. Stir and let it simmer until thickened.
  10. Serve the chicken with the gravy and garnish with parsley.
