Description

A delicious recipe for crispy blackberry chicken with a sticky sauce that is easy to prepare at home.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the blackberries, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the blackberry mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the pan juices to thicken.
  6. Serve the chicken drizzled with the sticky sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil the chicken for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
