Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, core, and slice apples into fry-shaped wedges. Peel if desired.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the cinnamon-panko mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange fries in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dip.
