- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray (optional)
Instructions
- Wash, core, and slice apples into fry-shaped wedges. Peel if desired.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the cinnamon-panko mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange fries in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dip.

- Use almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
- Try coating with crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch for a twist.
