This creamy walnut flan is an indulgent dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine walnuts, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased flan mold.
- Place the flan mold in a larger baking dish and fill the baking dish with boiling water until it reaches halfway up the flan mold.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- To serve, carefully invert onto a serving plate.
Notes
- For added flavor, toast the walnuts before blending.
- This flan can be topped with caramel sauce for extra sweetness.
