This Creamy Tuscan “Marry Me” Salmon is an easy yet delicious dinner that will impress your loved ones.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add salmon fillets and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add Parmesan cheese and basil, stirring until well combined.
- Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the salmon in lemon juice before cooking.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream.
