Description

This Creamy Tuscan “Marry Me” Salmon is an easy yet delicious dinner that will impress your loved ones.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add salmon fillets and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and basil, stirring until well combined.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can marinate the salmon in lemon juice before cooking.
  • Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream.
