- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup queso cheese dip
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, queso cheese dip, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Spread salsa in the bottom of a baking dish, then arrange the stuffed shells on top.
- Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
