Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup queso cheese dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, queso cheese dip, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture.
  7. Spread salsa in the bottom of a baking dish, then arrange the stuffed shells on top.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
